Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of Environmental, Health & Safety experience in construction, facilities, or capital projects in a regulated environment.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations (29CFR1910 & 1926) and EPA regulations.
• Experience conducting site inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and incident investigations.
• Ability to provide technical EHS guidance across multiple project teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical EHS guidance to Real Estate, Facilities, and project teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Real Estate Project Managers and site teams to integrate EHS requirements into construction and facilities projects.
• Support contractor prequalification, onboarding, oversight, and project closeout activities; conduct site inspections and audits.
• Identify workplace hazards and develop incident prevention strategies; support investigations and corrective actions.
• Ensure environmental considerations are integrated into construction activities and facility operations.
