Job summary

ES Foundry Corp in Greenwood, SC seeks an experienced EHS/Project Manager to integrate environmental, health, and safety standards into project planning and execution. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver compliant projects on time and within scope.

The role requires a BS in a relevant field, 5+ years in EHS with PM experience, and strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA requirements. You will drive risk management, training, reporting, and continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental, health, and safety management within a project management context.
• Proven knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project planning sessions, define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and coordinate resources to achieve project goals.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and documentation while ensuring alignment with EHS standards and company requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and external agencies to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
• Provide training and guidance to project teams on EHS best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and present regular reports on project status, EHS performance metrics, and compliance issues to senior management.
• Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, leading investigations and implementing preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
