Job summary

ES Foundry Corp in Greenwood, SC is seeking an EHS Manager to integrate environmental, health, and safety standards into project planning and execution. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive continuous EHS improvement, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

The role focuses on safeguarding employees and assets while supporting the company’s sustainability goals in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of EHS management experience within a project management context.
• Proven knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to influence teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor EHS policies to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project planning sessions, define scope/objectives, and coordinate resources.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify hazards and mitigate risks.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and documentation per EHS standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and external agencies for safety culture.
• Provide training and guidance on EHS best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and present regular reports on EHS performance and compliance to leadership.
• Respond to incidents, lead investigations, and implement preventive actions.
