CertainTeed is seeking an EHS Manager for the Fremont, California facility to lead Environmental, Health, and Safety programs in alignment with Saint-Gobain standards and ISO 14001 requirements. The role reports to the Plant Manager and supervises two staff, focusing on regulatory compliance, incident investigations, and continuous EHS improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental, Engineering, or related field required.
• 3–5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing; California experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA and Cal/OSHA regulations.

• Lead development and continuous improvement of EHS policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Manage site EHS management systems and tools aligned with ISO 14001.
• Lead WCM Health & Safety Pillar and Crisis Management activities.
