Job summary

TerraFirma is building an innovative EHS program from the ground up for active construction sites, driving safety and regulatory compliance across teams and contractors. The role focuses on establishing policies, processes, and site standards to safeguard personnel while deploying autonomous heavy equipment.

You will lead technical oversight of high-risk civil work, conduct hazard assessments, and foster a culture of safety, training, and continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in environmental, health, and safety within construction.
• Experience with heavy equipment and autonomous machine operation.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day EHS site management for fast-paced construction and deployment projects.
• Implement, enforce, and audit site-level EHS programs for employees, contractors, and subs.
• Develop safety observations from hazard inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
