Job summary

Terra Site Constructors, LLC, dba as Terra Constructs is seeking a hands-on Safety Professional to support the company’s safety program. The Safety Manager will be an individual contributor responsible for safety training and reporting.

Typical duties include developing safety policies, site-specific safety programs, conducting ongoing safety training, incident investigation, audits, and return-to-work coordination.

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Proficient in MS Office and safety reporting tools.
• Bilingual Spanish is desirable in a multilingual site environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop safety policies and project site safety programs.
• Conduct ongoing safety training programs for all employees.
• Investigate accidents and prepare incident documentation and root-cause analyses.
• Conduct safety audits on projects and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate return-to-work processes and monitor injured employees.
