Job summary

QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, LLC seeks a proactive EHS Specialist to support safety, health, and environmental programs across manufacturing operations in the US and Puerto Rico. You will contribute to audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations while developing training and procedures that meet OSHA standards.

The role requires at least 2+ years in EHS, a relevant degree, and bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Industrial Hygiene (preferred) or Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 2+ years in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) or related field.
Experience with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.119 Process Safety Management (PSM) or equivalent.
Experience writing, developing, and implementing safety programs, policies, and procedures.
Experience leading small projects is preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

Provides analytical and implementation support in safety, occupational health, process safety, fire protection, environmental, distribution, and ergonomics.
Participates in audits and assists in corrective action plans.
Develops and implements OSHA-related programs and training.
Conducts hazard assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
Performs ergonomic evaluations and risk assessments of processes and equipment.
Reviews specifications and collects data to assess risk and compliance.
Works with cross-functional teams to drive safety improvements.
