Job summary

Solenis is seeking an EHS Specialist to lead site EHSS programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across environmental, health, safety, and security disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years of EHSS experience in chemical manufacturing or high-hazard industry.
• Strong knowledge of PSM/RMP regulations; ISO 14001 and Responsible Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety excellence through employee engagement and leadership visibility.
• Lead the site EHSS team and programs, aligning with global EHSS strategy.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across EHSS and risk management processes; lead PSM and RMP initiatives.
• Maintain EHSS procedures, SDS records, and regulatory documentation; manage waste and environmental data.
