Job summary

Yanfeng is seeking an EHS professional to lead our environmental health and safety efforts across manufacturing operations. The role focuses on audits, incident investigations, training, and regulatory compliance to support safe production and environmental performance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field, 3–5 years of EHS experience (preferably in automotive), and willingness to travel to customer sites. ISO 14001/OSHAS/ISO 45001 knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel to customer sites.
• ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Monitor EHS performance, identify risks, and conduct on-site audits.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and implement waste programs.
• Provide expertise on EHS issues to area and plant managers.
• Lead and develop a team of EHS professionals.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and other regulatory requirements.
