Job summary

Videojet Technologies Inc. is hiring an EHS Business Partner to lead environmental, health, and safety programs in a manufacturing setting.

You will partner with site leadership and the Global Director of EHS to set strategies, track performance, and drive sustainable improvements across the site. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, ISO 14001 maintenance, incident investigations, and risk reduction, with travel up to 10–15% for benchmarking at other facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Sustainability, or another engineering- or science-focused field.
• At least three years of EHS management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with OSHA/EPA programs, permitting, reporting, and recordkeeping.
• Experience with flammable liquids and Class I, Division I safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Establish annual EHS goals and KPIs with leadership; analyze performance and implement actions.
• Maintain ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and related procedures.
• Coordinate environmental reporting (Tier II, Form R, BLS) and regulatory inspections.
• Support customer EHS requirements and vendor assurance documentation.
• Manage property risk programs and track recommendations.
• Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Serve as Emergency Coordinator and support business continuity planning.
• Guide regulatory responses and support Kaizen and continuous improvement.
