Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Fort Worth, TX seeks an EHS Operator for the 1st shift (7:00am–4:00pm) to support site safety and regulatory compliance. You will assist with inspections, incident investigations, and safety trainings while collaborating with cross-functional teams at the new facility.

The role requires a High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years in an EHS-related manufacturing environment, with knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations and MS Office applications. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in an EHS role within assembly/manufacturing/warehouse.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across all levels.
• 1st shift: 7:00am–4:00pm.
• Familiarity with OSHA and EPA regulations; safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations.
• Conduct safety inspections, hazard assessments, and environmental monitoring; document findings and actions.
• Assist investigations of incidents, near misses, and environmental releases; support root cause analysis.
• Deliver or assist safety trainings, toolbox talks, and new-hire orientation on EHS topics.
• Maintain EHS records, compile metrics, and prepare leadership/regulator reports.
• Support PPE, waste management, lockout/tagout, hazard communication, confined space, and emergency preparedness initiatives.
• Participate in projects to reduce risk and improve sustainability.
