Leggett & Platt, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor - EHS to oversee all safety and environmental compliance across our manufacturing operations.

You will work with Branch One Management, Corporate Safety, and Corporate Environmental teams to ensure a safe, compliant, and continuously improving workplace. You will lead safety orientations, deliver comprehensive training, conduct audits and investigations, and manage workers' compensation coordination, ensuring OSHA compliance and a culture of

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of EHS experience; supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• OSHA, Workers' Compensation, and EPA expertise.
• Manufacturing environment—comfortable spending extensive time on the shop floor.
• Ability to prioritize, adapt quickly, and lead in a visible, leadership-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety orientation for new hires and conduct required safety programs.
• Deliver and coordinate annual and refresher safety training.
• Lead accident investigations, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate inspections and testing (monthly plant safety inspections, stormwater, etc.).
• Maintain OSHA-required written programs and accident/OSHA logs.
