Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred with 3+ years of construction safety leadership.
• Experience applying OSHA regulations and safety best practices on construction sites.
• Hands-on safety leadership with ability to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's safety program and continuously improve safety culture.
• Develop and maintain safety policies, procedures, and training.
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and jobsite observations.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and root causes; implement corrective actions.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and support insurance and workers' compensation activities.
• Manage vehicle fleets, assets, PPE, and drone program operations.
• Develop annual operating budgets for safety and asset programs.
• Coach project teams through field visits and safety trainings.
• Review subcontractor safety programs for compliance with standards.
