• Manage and improve the facility’s EH&S management system per ISO 14001/45001.
• Track EH&S performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Plan and coordinate programs to reduce injuries and regulatory risk.
• Develop accident-prevention programs and integrate into policies.
• Coordinate safety activities with unit managers and external agencies.
• Update knowledge through professional publications and associations.
