Job summary

PITCO Foods is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety Manager to lead and advance our safety, health, and environmental programs across all facilities in Northern California. You will develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive EHS initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA/Cal/OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and training skills.
• Proven ability to conduct training sessions and executive-level presentations.
• Experience with emergency response planning and crisis management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental programs in compliance with regulations.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments; implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop emergency response plans and drills.
• Monitor workplace conditions for OSHA/Cal/OSHA/EPA compliance.
• Lead employee safety training programs and regulatory requirements.
