Job summary

All Flex Solutions is seeking an EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety initiatives across multiple facilities. You will plan, direct, and manage JSA programs, training, and regulatory compliance to sustain a safe and incident-free work environment.

Responsibilities include audits, risk assessments, incident investigation, and developing training plans while supporting cross-functional EHS operations. Strong leadership and ISO experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of EHS experience with chemical and hazardous waste management.
• Experience in manufacturing environments with chemical plating or metal finishing preferred.
• 2+ years of project lead/management experience.
• 2+ years trainer experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and detail orientation.
• Proficient with MS Office and EHS/JSA tools.
• Familiarity with 5S methodology.
• Must handle confidential information.
• Ability to perform tasks requiring moderate manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Inform leaders and ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local EHS regulations and audits.
• Conduct Job Safety Analyses and risk assessments; coach leaders on EHS expectations.
• Investigate injuries and near-misses; implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Hazardous Waste staff for calendars, permits, and site audits.
• Develop industrial hygiene plans and serve as Radiation Safety Officer per ALARA.
• Develop, deliver, and update EHS training; maintain records and reports.
• Lead the Safety Committee to drive safety initiatives and culture.
• Maintain EHS documentation and regulatory reports.
• Perform additional duties aligned with the EHS strategic plan.
