Foot Locker seeks an EHS Manager to develop and drive environment, health and safety programs for the distribution center. You will lead a strong safety culture, align with operations leadership, and ensure regulatory compliance across OSHA, EPA, and related standards.

You will own safety investigations, manage workers’ compensation processes, and develop training to transfer safety knowledge to management and staff. Collaboration with site leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, environmental engineering, environmental science, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience managing health and safety compliance.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience within Distribution, Supply Chain/Logistics or Manufacturing.
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent designations are preferred.
• Experience implementing lean principles and process improvement in an operational environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort in interacting with site leaders.

Responsabilités

• Transform the culture of safety to be a priority for every employee within the distribution center.
• Develop and execute safety strategy in support of Supply Chain’s goals to reduce injuries, accidents, and incidents.
• Leverage metrics to track progress and drive accountability through JSA’s and risk assessments.
• Develop safety programs and manage site security in partnership with the site leader.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Foot Locker Policies and regulatory requirements.
• Own review and approval of all safety investigations; disciplinary actions related to safety.
• Manage environmental permits and reporting requirements for the DC.
• Develop and deliver training programs and safety awareness campaigns.
