Ferrara seeks an EHS Manager to lead the Environmental, Health, Safety and Security team at the DeKalb site. You will integrate safety and environmental management systems into operations and report to the Senior Leadership Team.

This role emphasizes proactive risk reduction, compliance, and continuous improvement of EHS programs. Responsibilities include leading regulatory compliance, PSM and RMP programs, incident investigations, and collaboration with Engineering and Quality teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Sciences or related field.
• EHS-related certification such as (CSHO, WSO, OSHT, CET, CHMM, ASP, CSP) a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in safety and environmentally conscious manufacturing environments.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and standards in safety and environmental programs.
• Lead OSHA PSM and EPA RMP programs.
• Develop and monitor EHS programs, promote safe work practices and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams on plant changes and risk assessments.
• Oversee incident investigations and CAPA reporting across multiple sites.
• Foster a culture of safety and accountability.
