Job summary

DRiV Incorporated is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to coordinate facility safety and environmental programs. You will develop and administer policies, support ISO 14001, and lead audits across regulatory bodies.

The role includes training, incident investigations, and capital project safety leadership. You will work with cross-functional teams to enhance safety performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage the EHS budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EHS or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 4–5 years of Environmental, Health and Safety experience with OSHA standards.
• Experience in distribution or similar operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate facility safety and environmental policies to ensure compliance.
• Lead ISO management systems reviews and audits (ISO 14001).
• Manage EHS training, investigations, and capital project safety requirements.
• Oversee audits by EPA, TN OSHA and other bodies; support safety programs.
• Develop and manage budgets for safety initiatives and capital projects.
• Collaborate with operations to improve safety culture and performance.
