Job summary

The EHS Manager at Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation will lead the development and deployment of environmental, health and safety programs across multiple sites, including Freeport, IL, with Lanark, IL travel up to 20% and relocation assistance.

You will drive regulatory compliance, incident investigations (5-Why), and safety training while building a proactive safety culture and robust reporting tools to reduce loss and liability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, environmental science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant EHS experience in manufacturing.
• Strong data analysis and organization skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy and improve environmental, health and safety programs across locations.
• Ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance at multiple sites.
• Lead incident investigations using 5-Why root cause analysis.
• Provide safety training and maintain EHS documentation.
• Collaborate with site leadership to drive safety metrics and action plans.
