Job summary

SPX FLOW, now ITT Flow Technologies, seeks an EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs. You will develop and sustain EHS systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote accountability through site leadership collaboration.

You will drive continuous improvement, maintain training, audits, and incident investigations to protect people and the environment while aligning with corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, engineering, or related field with EHS management emphasis.
• 7–10 years’ experience with a wide range of EHS issues.

Responsibilities

• Support Site Leader in delivering the EHS improvement program.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop EHS strategy and improvement agendas with facility leadership.
• Lead EHS risk management and incident analysis.
• Maintain the EHS management system and training programs.
• Coordinate audits, inspections, and external communications.
