Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking an EHS Manager in Moreno Valley, CA to oversee all Environmental Health and Safety programs for the distribution service center and CTS fleet. The role drives a culture of continuous safety, health, and environmental excellence, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities include developing training, leading safety committees, managing the EHS system, and reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of EHS experience required.
• At least 3 years of work experience in environmental, health, and safety.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety and health training programs designed to promote employee participation in safety goals.
• Plan, coordinate, and lead all site EHS training.
• Support employee-led safety committees.
• Manage the EHS Management System.
• Perform inspections, investigations, and analyses to minimize potential losses or environmental releases.
• Maintain regulatory compliance reporting, recordkeeping, and monitoring (OSHA, EPA, FMCSA and DOT).
• Provide timely reports/audits to management as required.
• Develop action plans to pursue or maintain OSHA VPP STAR status.
