B.H. Inc. is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to oversee safety programs across multiple project sites in Utah, Idaho, and Texas. The role requires strong leadership in construction health and safety and a commitment to incident prevention.

You will lead a bilingual team, manage regulatory compliance, and promote a culture of safety with a competitive compensation package including weekly pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish fluency required to communicate with diverse teams.
• Preferred certifications include OSHA 510, CHST, OHST, CIT or other BCSP designations.
• Proficiency with Google G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets) is preferred.
• Must be physically capable of climbing ladders, balancing on narrow surfaces, and working in extreme weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel frequently between project sites in Utah and Idaho, sometimes at a moment's notice.

QUALIFICATIONS
