Job summary

Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis LLC (MD&A) is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead the development and administration of EHS programs for the Industrial Gas Turbine Division, including facilities in San Antonio and Houston. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, incident investigations, and continuous improvement across EHS.

You will manage training programs, ensure OSHA, EPA, and local requirements are met, and collaborate with leadership to drive safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field is required.
• Minimum of five years of related experience in EHS management or equivalent.
• Board safety certification such as CSP/OHST/CHMM preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of environmental, health and safety programs and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate regulatory communications, permits, and reporting with OSHA, EPA, and state/local authorities.
• Develop and monitor EH&S strategies and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate and conduct operator assessments and EHS training programs.
• Travel up to 20% by land or air as needed.
