Socket.dev is seeking an EHS Safety Manager to develop, implement, and maintain safety programs for production operations in Benicia, CA. The role leads incident investigations, conducts root-cause analyses, and ensures continuous safety improvements across shifts.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of production EHS experience, strong knowledge of OSHA/Cal/OSHA regulations, and capability to train teams while maintaining comprehensive safety records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; substitution allowed for 4 years of relevant work experience.
• 3–5 years EHS experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Experience conducting production-focused EHS audits and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs for production operations and processes.
• Lead incident investigations and conduct root-cause analyses; implement corrective actions.
• Conduct routine EHS audits and inspections of production areas, equipment, and work practices.
• Coordinate and deliver EHS training; maintain regulatory records and documentation.
• Support regulatory inspections and audits (OSHA/Cal/OSHA); foster safety accountability across shifts.
