Job summary

Veolia Group is seeking an experienced EHS Manager for the Beaumont/Port Arthur, TX area to lead safety initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and advance a strong safety culture across our water technology plants.

You will oversee process safety, incident investigations, training, and emergency planning, collaborating with operations and external partners to reduce risk and protect people and the environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in EHS in a chemical manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of EHS policies into the business.
• Own site Hazops and PHR schedule (PSM).
• Ensure Hazard Studies and Management of Change are completed on time.
• Oversee air quality, noise, and environmental monitoring per permits.
• Investigate accidents, injuries, and near misses to determine root causes.
