Job summary

Veolia Beaumont/Port Arthur, TX area seeks an experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager. You will lead safety culture efforts, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive comprehensive EHS programs across sites handling hazardous chemicals.

Experience with PSM, Hazops, and DHS-aligned security is essential. You will collaborate with operations and external partners to implement training, incident investigations, and corrective actions while maintaining robust reporting and permitting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in multiple EHS areas within chemical manufacturing.
• Strong ability to influence and drive safety culture across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of EHS policies into the business.
• Own process safety management (PSM) and manage Hazops/PHR schedules.
• Ensure timely Hazard Studies and Management of Change processes.
