Job summary

Ajulia Executive Search is seeking an experienced EHS professional to lead the development and enforcement of environmental, health, and safety programs in Everett, WA. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while promoting a proactive safety culture.

You will conduct risk assessments, manage audits and reporting, and oversee hazardous material handling across office, warehouse, and manufacturing environments. A minimum of 4 years in EHS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Safety, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered.
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local EHS regulations and compliance requirements.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in environmental, health, safety, or related operational roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce EHS programs and standard operating practices to ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations
• Drive a proactive safety culture by delivering OSHA training, promoting behavior-based safety initiatives, and strengthening employee engagement in EHS programs
• Support environmental, health, and safety compliance across all areas of operations, including office, warehouse, transportation, and manufacturing environments
• Manage safety committees, near-miss reporting, audits, certifications, training records, and regulatory reporting to maintain ongoing compliance
• Oversee hazardous material handling, storage, and waste management processes while monitoring EHS performance metrics and compliance standards
• Conduct risk assessments, site audits, and incident trend analysis to identify hazards, implement corrective actions, and support a zero-incident, continuous improvement culture
