Job summary

Marmon Holdings, Inc. seeks an experienced EHS leader to drive environmental permitting strategies and regulatory compliance for a new facility in Texas. The role collaborates with project teams, regulators, and consultants to ensure permits, registrations, and approvals are secured prior to production.

The incumbent will manage health and safety programs, incident investigations, and training to foster a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance across local and federal levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of environmental compliance experience in manufacturing or related operations.
• Experience obtaining and managing environmental permits and regulatory approvals.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental permitting strategy and obtain permits and approvals for facility construction and operation.
• Serve as primary contact with regulatory agencies, consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable environmental laws and corporate standards at local, state, and federal levels.
• Develop and implement environmental management programs and monitoring processes.
• Coordinate environmental compliance for facility expansions, startup, and capital projects.
• Lead health and safety programs, investigations, and training initiatives to promote a safe workplace.
