Job summary

Marmon Foodservice Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead environmental compliance, permitting, sustainability, and health and safety oversight for a new greenfield manufacturing facility in Texas.

You will secure environmental permits, ensure regulatory compliance, and build robust management systems from the ground up while partnering with engineering, construction, operations, and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of environmental compliance experience in manufacturing, industrial, chemical, food processing, or related operations.
• Experience obtaining and managing environmental permits and regulatory approvals.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and occupational health and safety requirements.
• Experience developing and implementing environmental management programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental permitting strategy and obtain required permits for facility construction and operation.
• Partner with project teams to integrate environmental requirements into facility design and construction.
• Direct health and safety policies, procedures, and oversight.
• Develop environmental management systems and programs (air emissions, wastewater, stormwater, hazardous waste).
• Conduct environmental inspections, audits, and due diligence to identify risks and opportunities.
