Haas Automation, the leading machine tool builder, seeks an Environmental, Health and Safety Manager for Henderson, NV. You will lead EHS compliance across sites as Haas expands into a new 2.4 million-square-foot facility, shaping safety standards and contributing to a world-class manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include regulatory compliance, safety program management, environmental oversight, training, audits, and emergency readiness, with leadership of the EHS team across states.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in an EHS role in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Proven experience with OSHA and EPA regulations and reporting.
• Experience leading audits, inspections and corrective actions.
• Excellent communication, training and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure site compliance with OSHA, EPA and local regulations.
• Safety Program Management: Develop and enforce health and safety programs including LOTO, confined space.
• Environmental Program Oversight: Manage waste handling, spill prevention and hazmat compliance.
• Training and Communication: Deliver safety training and lead awareness campaigns.
• Auditing and Continuous Improvement: Conduct inspections, track metrics and drive improvements.
• Emergency Preparedness: Maintain and test response plans and coordinate drills.
• Provide leadership and coaching to department personnel.
