Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 9+ years experience in EHS.
• Experience in large-scale manufacturing.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and auditing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS programs across a large-scale facility, ensuring compliance.
• Oversee ISO 14001 and audits.
• Conduct risk assessments of equipment and processes.
• Investigate incidents and implement preventive actions.
• Develop safety trainings and promote engagement.
• Report EHS metrics to senior leadership.
• Support workers' comp and return-to-work initiatives.
