Job summary

Douglas Dynamics is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety Manager to lead and improve our CSI safety programs. You will create training, maintain policies, and ensure OSHA compliance, while integrating safety into product launches and equipment changes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year technical/Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of safety program management in manufacturing or industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and improve CSI safety programs aligned with OSHA.
• Create and lead safety training, document policies, ensure policy compliance.
• Integrate safety into launches, new equipment, and operational changes.
• Lead Safety Management System improvements across cross‑divisions.
• Maintain safety database and drive corrective actions from investigations.
• Provide safety coaching and develop a safety‑first culture.
