Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree is required in an EHS discipline, science or engineering.
• 5+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site EHS initiatives and ensure alignment with corporate policies.
• Develop and execute the site EHS annual operating plan and budgets.
• Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Interface with OSHA, EPA, and state/local regulators as needed.
• Deliver site EHS training and drive continuous improvement.
