Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and/or Environmental or Safety degree with 5+ years of EHS experience.
• Safety management experience in consumer goods, distribution, manufacturing or grocery sectors.
• Knowledge of EHS management systems and deployment.
• EHS auditing, ASP, CSP, CIH, and/or CHMM desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for training and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, implement, and lead the EHS agenda with site teams and regulatory alignment.
• Analyze accident data and develop actionable safety and environmental solutions.
• Develop and implement annual EHS plans and location action plans.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA/DOT and related regulations.
• Conduct training, auditing, and assessments to maintain program compliance.
