Job summary

You will conduct audits, manage incident investigations, coordinate with OSHA/EPA, and lead continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance while engaging cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
• 3+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing (food/beverage preferred).
• Proven OSHA and EPA compliance program involvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain site safety policies and training.
• Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Ensure OSHA/EPA compliance and serve as primary contact for inspections.
• Lead Safety Committee and drive employee safety engagement.
• Track injury metrics, perform root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee emergency response planning, drills, and PPE practices.
• Coordinate waste management, energy use, and environmental reporting.
