Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks an Environmental, Health & Safety Manager for the Brownsville, TX site. You will lead site EHS programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor a safety-focused team to minimize risk while advancing operational excellence.

You will collaborate with operations leadership, conduct risk assessments, manage incident investigations, and drive continuous improvement across safety and environmental programs in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of EHS experience in industrial, construction, manufacturing, or related environments.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and working knowledge of EPA compliance programs.
• Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead site safety, environmental compliance, and risk management programs.
• Manage regulatory compliance activities involving OSHA, EPA, USCG, and other applicable agencies.
• Conduct incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action management.
• Oversee environmental programs including SPCC, SWPPP, air permits, Tier II reporting, and waste management.
• Supervise Safety Coordinators/Technicians and drive employee engagement through training and coaching.
• Partner with operations leadership to conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and emergency response planning.
