Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 3–5 years' manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT regulations.
• Ability to lead EHS programs and influence safety performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs across manufacturing sites.
• Lead safety initiatives to foster proactive culture and continuous improvement.
• Conduct new-hire safety orientation and annual training per regulations.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate workplace hazards with leaders and employees.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain EHS documentation, permits, records, and regulatory reports.
• Conduct facility inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
