Job summary

Quanta Manufacturing Fremont is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to oversee Environmental, Health, and Safety programs across all facilities. You will lead policy development, training, and audits to ensure regulatory compliance and a safe workplace.

The role requires 5+ years in EHS management, with leadership experience, and certifications such as OSHA/First-Aid. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will drive continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in EHS management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• OSHA/First-Aid or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the organization’s EHS programs and infrastructure across all facilities to ensure safe practices.
• Develop and continuously improve EHS policies, procedures, and best practices for compliance.
• Support Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) compliance and coordinate audits and corrective actions.
• Ensure EHS standards meet federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
• Lead cross-functional EHS operations and safety initiatives.
• Provide leadership on hazard communication, PPE, and SDS management for hazardous materials.
• Direct training and implementation of EHS procedures across locations.
• Maintain knowledge of EHS laws and ensure company alignment with regulations.
• Serve as primary point of contact for safety-related matters and maintain records for OSHA logs.
