Job summary

Join MKS Instruments, Inc. as an EHS Manager to drive environmental, health, and safety programs across international sites. You will partner with regional EHS teams, site leaders, and operations staff to implement policies and training under the EH&S Director EMEA.

You will lead safety audits, risk assessments, and sustainability initiatives, mentor EHS personnel, and ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO 45001 and 14001 while fostering a culture of continuous improvement across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or related field.
• NEBOSH International Certificate is desirable.
• 5–8+ years of experience in Environmental, Health & Safety management.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations including OSHA, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of EHS strategies for compliance.
• Mentor site EHS personnel and ensure consistent corporate policies.
• Drive safety audits, risk assessments, and sustainability initiatives.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs for operational teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement safety standards.
• Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and refine processes.
