Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Manager for PureTech Scientific in Dayton, TN. This hands-on role leads safety programs, conducts facility inspections, and ensures regulatory compliance.

You will own environmental permits, regulatory filings, SDS records, and hazardous waste documentation, while coordinating employee safety training and supporting EHS operations across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading environmental, health and safety programs.
• Ability to develop procedures and training materials.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine facility inspections to identify safety, health, and environmental risks.
• Develop and maintain inspection policies, procedures, and schedules.
• Create health and safety procedures for different areas of the facility.
• Coordinate employee training on workplace safety, emergency procedures, and other EHS topics.
• Monitor employee and facility compliance with established safety procedures.
• Prepare inspection reports and document findings.
• Maintain Safety Data Sheets and ensure they are accessible when needed.
• Maintain required records related to hazardous waste, pollutants, and employee exposure.
• Manage environmental permits, filings, and reports.
• Support additional EHS and operational needs as assigned.
