Insight Global is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Manager for PureTech Scientific in Dayton, TN. This hands-on role leads safety programs, conducts facility inspections, and ensures regulatory compliance.

You will own environmental permits, regulatory filings, SDS records, and hazardous waste documentation, while coordinating employee safety training and supporting EHS operations across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading environmental, health and safety programs.
• Ability to develop procedures and training materials.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Conduct routine facility inspections to identify safety, health, and environmental risks.
• Develop and maintain inspection policies, procedures, and schedules.
• Create health and safety procedures for different areas of the facility.
• Coordinate employee training on workplace safety, emergency procedures, and other EHS topics.

• Maintain Safety Data Sheets and ensure they are accessible when needed.
• Maintain required records related to hazardous waste, pollutants, and employee exposure.

Insight Global is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Manager for PureTech Scientific in Dayton, TN.

About the Role:

This person will be responsible for maintaining a safe and compliant work environment by managing the facility’s environmental, health, and safety programs. This is a hands‑on individual contributor role that will conduct facility inspections, identify safety and environmental risks, develop procedures, coordinate employee training, and monitor compliance. This person will also own environmental permits, regulatory filings, inspection reports, Safety Data Sheets, and records related to hazardous waste, pollutants, and employee exposure.
