An established industry player is seeking an EHS Manager to lead safety and environmental initiatives across its Missouri facilities. This pivotal role involves developing and implementing EHS programs to ensure compliance with regulations, conducting safety inspections, and managing training programs. Our Core Values begin with a Responsibility for Safety and Sustainability. This is a key role to our plant locations in Missouri. This position will lead all aspects of industrial safety, health, and environmental systems for the facilities in Cassville and Lincoln Missouri. The EHS Manager will be responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of EHS programs and policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This position will coordinate all environmental and safety training to meet regulations and internal program requirements and maintain records in cooperation with other facility resources including operations and human resources.
Pay for this position, based on experience ranges from $63,700 - $115,000

Physical Demand and Work Environment:
This position works in manufacturing environment typically indoors but may require access to outdoors for work at times and includes exposure to dust particles. The position requires a person to be able to frequently walk, stand, bend and twist; see, hear, and talk; use fingers and hands, with good hand and finger dexterity to handle or feel controls or product; use hands and arms to reach, hold and carry product. Lifting/moving up to 30 lbs. individually or more with a buddy lift may be required. Exposure to elevated heights up to 20 feet. This position may requires a person to handle different temperatures if the location is not temperature controlled being hot in the summer and cooler in the winter. This position may also require a person to stand for long periods of time, up to 10 hours. Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided and required to be worn during shift.
