Join to apply for the Corporate Environmental Manager role at Altium Packaging.

This is a remote position supporting all US and Canada plants, with California experience required. The role involves delivering continuous improvement in environmental performance aligned with our EHS vision and our CBN of Zero Harm, No One Gets Hurt, and ZERO EHS Incidents. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with California Environmental laws, regulations, and codes.

Responsibilities:

1. Establish & sustain the Altium Environmental Management System, including programs, procedures, metrics, and governance.
2. Achieve conformance to Altium Packaging Environmental Standards & compliance with applicable laws & regulations across North America by collaborating with Plant Managers on Environmental opportunities.
3. Lead and support Regional Operations Teams and Plant Teams in addressing Environmental issues, utilizing Lean principles to deliver business results.
4. Ensure proactive problem-solving efforts through leading or participating in audits and corrective actions.
5. Lead Environmental audits to promote continuous risk reduction, conformance, and compliance.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of environmental-related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in managing or leading significant process improvements, influencing without direct authority.
• Experience in an Operations environment (Manufacturing, Distribution).
• Leadership in team management and influence results.
• Continuous improvement mindset, strategic and critical thinking, and direction setting skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to inspire diverse audiences.
• Project management experience.
• Professional Certifications in Environmental or Safety fields preferred.

Additional Information:

Targeted Pay Range: $109,400.00 - $136,300.00
