Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety experience
• 2+ years of construction safety experience with a degree in Occupational Safety or related field

Responsibilities

• Enforce site-specific EHS policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Conduct daily site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
• Identify risks and implement corrective and preventative actions
• Support incident investigations and perform root cause analysis
• Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and onboarding sessions
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, client, and project-specific safety standards
• Collaborate with project leadership, contractors, and subcontractors to maintain a safe work environment
• Maintain accurate safety documentation, reports, and compliance records

The EHS professional will support customer's scope of work across multiple phases of a large-scale construction project, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a strong safety culture on-site. This role will focus on hazard prevention, regulatory compliance, and continuous safety improvement throughout all project stages.

Scope of Work

The EHS resource will support the following project activities:

• Base build construction
• Cleanroom construction
• Cleanroom-related systems installation
• Commissioning activities

Key Responsibilities
