Job summary

  • Collaborate with management to drive continuous improvement in workplace safety and environmental performance.

Position Overview

The EHS Manager is responsible for leading the company's Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, programs, and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional certifications such as CSP, ASP, CHMM, or equivalent are a plus.
  • Ability to communicate in both Japanese and English is preferred.
  • Experience working with Japanese companies or an understanding of Japanese business culture is highly desirable, as this role will collaborate regularly with the headquarters in Japan and Japanese expatriate employees in the U.S.
