Your Contribution
- Ensure compliance to EHS policies and regulations
- Implement site-wide EHS improvements
- Investigate industrial accidents and resolutions
- Maintain the OSHA accident log
- Communicate on EHS to include onboarding and meetings, along with safety boards
- Conduct fire drills
- Manage hazardous waste and recycling and perform environmental reporting
- Provide end-to-end training program management, including vision, plan development, plan execution, and evaluation of success of training programs
- Plan, design and implement EHS training programs, policies and procedures
- Prepare and coordinate training materials and administer training programs
- Teach others using visual aids and reinforce classroom training through instruction, demonstration and practice
- Source training vendors, review proposals and training materials, etc.
- Evaluate program effectiveness
- Host and/or help with all applicable audits and provide samples of training documentation
- Implement EHS best practices
- Perform risk assessments
- Follow cGMP and adhere to all ISO guidelines
Your Profile
- High School Diploma or GED, required / Vocational school degree, preferred
- Minimum (3) years of applicable EHS management experience within a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- 30-hour OSHA and Six Sigma Green Belt certificates, preferred
- Understanding of ISO and cGMP
- Ability to present materials in a comprehensive fashion to various groups
- Ability to work across multiple departments and influence positive change
- Ability to read, write and speak English language
