About us

Your Contribution

• Ensure compliance to EHS policies and regulations
• Implement site-wide EHS improvements
• Investigate industrial accidents and resolutions
• Maintain the OSHA accident log
• Communicate on EHS to include onboarding and meetings, along with safety boards
• Conduct fire drills
• Manage hazardous waste and recycling and perform environmental reporting
• Provide end-to-end training program management, including vision, plan development, plan execution, and evaluation of success of training programs
• Plan, design and implement EHS training programs, policies and procedures
• Prepare and coordinate training materials and administer training programs
• Teach others using visual aids and reinforce classroom training through instruction, demonstration and practice
• Source training vendors, review proposals and training materials, etc.
• Evaluate program effectiveness
• Host and/or help with all applicable audits and provide samples of training documentation
• Implement EHS best practices
• Perform risk assessments
• Follow cGMP and adhere to all ISO guidelines

Your Profile

• High School Diploma or GED, required / Vocational school degree, preferred
• Minimum (3) years of applicable EHS management experience within a fast-paced manufacturing setting
• 30-hour OSHA and Six Sigma Green Belt certificates, preferred
• Understanding of ISO and cGMP
• Ability to present materials in a comprehensive fashion to various groups
• Ability to work across multiple departments and influence positive change
• Ability to read, write and speak English language
