Job summary

Our client in the Amarillo, TX area is seeking an EHS Manager to lead safety initiatives on site with a hands-on approach. You will be accountable for driving corrective actions, training, and administrative duties under the Sr. Director of Safety at corporate offices.

The role requires 5–6 years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and solid knowledge of OSHA regulations, GMP, and SQF standards. This is a on-site position with a supportive team eager for meaningful change.

Job description

Our client located in the Amarillo, TX area is searching for an EHS Manager.

They need a hands on, boots on the ground EHS Manager. Someone who isn't afraid of holding people accountable.

Knowledge of OSHA, corrective actions, safety training and keeping up with the admin work.

This position will report to the Sr. Director of Safety out of their Corporate offices.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:

• Minimum of 5 to 6 years related experience; bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.)
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safe Quality Food SQF Certified preferred
• Proven leadership and business acumen skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
