Job summary

H.B. Fuller Company is seeking an EHS Manager I to lead the site’s Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, and Sustainability programs on the Simpsonville, SC manufacturing floor. You will drive safety training, incident investigations, and program audits to support operational excellence.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and hands-on experience with OSHA/EPA regulations, PSM, and environmental compliance. Travel is limited and the work is onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, or related field.
• Experience with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, DHS, Responsible Care, Risk Management Programs (RMP), Process Safety Management (PSM) and related regulations.
• Experience developing and delivering EHS training programs.
• Experience conducting accident and incident investigations and implementing corrective actions.
• Strong project management, leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Safety Leadership & Compliance: Implement and maintain the site’s EHSS&S management systems and corporate safety programs; lead the Safety Team and investigations; develop goals and metrics.
