Job summary

H.B. Fuller is seeking an EHS Specialist to lead Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, and Sustainability programs at the Simpsonville site. You will drive regulatory compliance, safety culture, and environmental stewardship on the manufacturing floor with leadership teams and employees.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, knowledge of OSHA/EPA requirements, and experience in training, audits, and investigations to support continuous improvement and process safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, or related field.
• Experience with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, DHS, Responsible Care, RMP, PSM, and related regulations.
• Experience developing and delivering EHS training programs.
• Experience conducting accident investigations and implementing corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the facility's EHSS&S programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and deliver employee safety training programs and lead Safety Team activities.
• Conduct audits, investigations, and implement corrective actions to improve safety, health, and sustainability.
• Manage environmental permits, inspections, and reporting; coordinate with regulatory agencies.
• Support Process Safety Management (PSM) and continuous improvement initiatives.
